In August 2003, JDA acquired substantially all of the remaining assets of Engage Inc., including the intellectual property for the Engage ContentServer product range. Under an 'Authorised Service Provider' agreement with Papermule, JDA now offer the former Engage customers in the UK and Europe a growth path for their Engage software. Papermule supplements its existing technical support services and solutions by promoting a service through which JDA will sell software licences and software support contracts, as well as upgrade subscriptions, to the European ex-Engage customer base.
