Mike Hoy - General Manager As a founding member and director at Papermule I play a key part in servicing the customer facing aspects of our business. Over the last 17 years as a techie / consultant I've contributed to many major projects working for Hyphen, Cascade Systems, Mediabridge Technologies & Engage. These projects span magazine and directories through newspapers and repro graphic houses and have encompassed everything from print/file servers, OPI solutions, DAM and Workflow systems through to retail catalog and campaign production. Major projects have included those for Yellow Pages, Littlewoods Catalogs, Express Newspapers, National Magazines, Future Publishing, Albertsons, De Tijd, Swedish Yellow Pages, Southern Echo, Eastern Daily Press (Archant) On a personal note I'm married, twice, and now with 4 children. I enjoy training and competing in triathlons as well as scuba diving and sailing.
John Wells - Head of Sales & Marketing I joined Papermule in October 2009. Over the last 15 years I have held a number of Sales, Marketing and Management positions, serving a variety of industries including Retail, Financial, Manufacturing, Airlines & Aerospace and Media. I am a target-driven person and really enjoy bringing new customers on board. Prior to my Sales and Marketing career I spent a number of years as a Systems Analyst and then an IT Manager, so I have an appreciation of IT solutions from both a buying and selling perspective. Outside of work I enjoy a number of sports such as rugby and football, though regrettably this is more often spectating than participating these days. I am also a member of the Territorial Army, which provides a complete contrast with my normal working life. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and three sons.

Katie Bull - Office Manager I joined the Papermule team in August 2008, bringing with me several years of sales and customer service experience. Previously I worked for an affiliate network as Affiliate Support Manager setting up bespoke deals, selling general finance products, along with account management. Out of office hours, I am employed by Diss Otters Swimming Club as the Assistant Coach.I also compete myself as a swimmer and have swam at the National's for Masters and represented Norfolk swim team. I enjoy traveling and spend time sailing my boat on the Norfolk Broads with my partner.
Matt Doe - Applications Engineer I have over twenty years experience in the IT industry. During that time I've worked in a wide range of industries, including Defence, Communications, Mobile Workforce Management and Pre-Press Production. I have extensive experience both as a developer and as a tester. Most of that experience has been gained on various UNIX platforms, working in C, C++, ORACLE SQL and more recently Perl. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bath University.
