Papermule Copy Chasing will build upon Papermule Workflow to provide you with the features you need to tackle the specific problems of a looming deadline.

Papermule Workflow already handles ad booking and asset reception, so you already know what you're expecting and whether it has arrived. You can also link assets to suppliers and agencies, and suppliers to each other. In this way, Papermule Workflow tracks not only the top level supplier but the whole supply chain.

The addition of Copy Chasing adds the ability to provide fast access to contact information for the lowest provider in this supply chain. Users can chase copy efficiently from the source, without having to track it from supplier to supplier.

Assets are also given a specific Copy Chasing workflow, allowing you to track the status of everything you are chasing. Now you can know when an asset was last chased, when it is now expected. You also get a chase history, detailing all contact with suppliers, and notes made along the way.

Storing details of supplier contact centrally in Papermule Workflow reduces duplicate calls and enables a far better overview of suppliers' performance. All this drives tighter deadlines and helps to remove issues regarding late or non-arrival of externally supplied assets.
