Papermule Workflow is a high performance solution that provides the core Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Workflow management services required to safeguard content and automate pre-media production. With Workflow, quality can be enforced, reducing errors and costs.
At the heart of the Papermule product suite, the Workflow system is flexible and easily configured to a publisher's production processes. Workflow execution is controlled by an event-based processing model that uses events and changes in an asset's production state to steer content through the production workflow from start to finish.
By design, Workflow is based on a generic model, a blueprint that makes the product highly flexible, scalable and configurable to match customer-specific workflow requirements. The system can be tailored to implement the customer's workflow, incorporating automated and manual quality controls in the workflow to drive quality and reduce production errors.

Workflow is a comprehensive solution for pre-media production. It handles all tasks in the pre-media life-cycle - from asset reception and storage, right through to the delivery of finished content for production. Workflow gathers the meta data needed to sustain production, and provides a platform for integrating third-party tools and systems in a single workflow. It provides a single point of control from which pre-media production can be monitored and tracked as it runs.
The key benefits of Workflow are improved quality, performance, production control, and reliability.
Papermule Workflow can be used stand-alone and can be combined with other products in the Papermule suite to support Copy Chasing and access by Remote Portal.
