Cookie Policy
Last updated: 27th October 2026
This policy explains how our website, www.papermule.co.uk, uses cookies and how you can control them. Please read it with our Privacy Notice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. They let a website recognise your device, remember your choices and, if you agree, measure how the site is used. We use the word cookies here to include similar technologies, such as tracking pixels.
Your choice
When you first visit our website, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. We set cookies that are not strictly necessary only if you click Accept. If you click Decline, we do not set them, and we keep a single small cookie to remember your choice. The website works either way.
You can change your mind at any time. See Controlling cookies below.
The cookies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies make the website work, remember your cookie choice and protect the website against automated traffic. They do not need your consent.
- Analytics cookies tell us how the website is used, for example how many people visit and which pages they view. If you submit a form or book a meeting, they also let us link it to your visits to our website. We set them only if you accept, and they last for up to two years.
- Forms and spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated software. For this, Google may use cookies and collect information about your device and how you use the page. Google's own privacy policy and terms apply to that information.
- Advertising. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies, and we do not show adverts based on your visits to our website.
If you have not accepted cookies, our analytics runs in a restricted mode. It places no cookies on your device, but a basic signal that a page was viewed is still sent to our analytics provider. That signal includes technical information such as the page address and your browser type.
Some of these cookies are set by the companies that provide the services. Their own privacy policies apply to how they use the information.
Controlling cookies
You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings button below. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Information Commissioner's Office explains how at https://ico.org.uk/for-the-public/online/cookies/. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the website, such as the forms, may stop working.
Questions and changes
If you have a question about this policy, email privacy@papermule.com. We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
